Satisfaction guaranteed or refunded within 14 days

Your satisfaction is our priority. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or refund, with no need to justify your decision. You can submit your request directly from your customer account, or contact us.

How it works
- Log in to your customer account and go to your orders to request a return in a few clicks, or contact us via our Contact page with your order number.
- We will confirm the return process for the item(s).
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we process the refund to your original payment method within a few business days.

1-year warranty

All our products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. If your item has a defect covered by the warranty, contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Exceptions

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from misuse, an accident, or unauthorized modification of the product.
