Preamble

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Zynortech website (zynortech.com) and purchases made from CERTI INT BRANDING LIMITED. By placing an order on this site, you unreservedly accept these terms.

Products and prices

Our product prices are listed in euros, all taxes included, excluding any customs fees for shipments outside the European Union. Zynortech reserves the right to change its prices at any time; orders already confirmed remain at the price agreed at the time of purchase.

Orders

Placing an order on the site constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. A confirmation email is sent once payment is validated.

Payment

Payment is made online by card (Visa, Mastercard) or via Klarna, securely at the time of order.

Shipping

Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to justify your decision. The process is detailed in our Refund Policy. You can also submit your return request directly from your customer account.

Warranty

All our products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, under the conditions specified in our Refund Policy.

Liability

Zynortech cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the products sold, or from any event of force majeure delaying or preventing the fulfillment of its obligations.

Intellectual property

All elements of the site (text, visuals, logos) are protected and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. You may also refer your dispute to the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
